Carrie Underwood on the cover of COUNTRY

Carrie Underwood, our American Idol season 4, will grace the cover of Country Weekly Magazine (April 9 issue). She will talk about her experiences in AI as well as her numerous endeavors after the exiting hit reality show. In the interview that accompanies the cover picture, Carrie will also be talking about how her conservative roots have greatly influenced her direction in life despite pressures from various fronts. With that, Carrie says she is grateful to her mom who has helped her a lot in coping with the treacherous showbiz industry.

Carrie reveals “My parents definitely did instill a moral compass in all of us.” When it comes to relationships, she says “There’s nobody in the picture romantically. But it’s better now that I have friends I can go hang out with in town.”
